Help with Formatting the Calendar View

Hi Folks

The Calendar View is the view I'd like to distribute to my team members. It
shows a nice picture of everyone's task at hand. I've already worked out how
to include the Resource's Name on each task bar but I reckon I need to do the
following to make everything clearer. Can anyone help? I'm using Project
2002...

1. Can I make the Resource Name bold?
2. Can I colour each task bar depending on what resource has been allocated?
So Jim's tasks are always Blue, Dave's green etc...

Thanks for your help

Hello Barry,

Sorry, no to both questions. A couple of alternate ideas that may
help:

You can filter the Calendar view showing only one resource's tasks per
view -- that way there is no need to worry about making the task bars
different colors.

You can also filter the view using a highlight filter (Project >
Filtered for > More filters) which leaves all tasks visible and just
colors the tasks with the named resource assigned. However, that
would require you to filter and print for each resource.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
