I have a spreadsheet that has 3 rows of data and have been
requested to include a 4th that will figure the percentage
of users. The columns are as follows:
a State rep
User name state abbrev. name
I need to add a column somewhere that will reflect the
percentage of users (a) for each rep. by state, some rows
where users names are will be blank, because they are
either new or have not sent information in, so that
percentage needs to just be on lines with information
included.
