I have a spreadsheet that i want to do a compliance sheet with. It looks like the following:
In column A is the Question Number (i.e Question Number 1 contains 6 sub questions)
In column B is the Sub questions (i.e the 6 as mentioned above)
In Column C is a RAG rating (color Green, Yellow, Amber Red) (these are RAGED on the individual sub question)
I need a formula that will do the following:
- for the whole of question one there is 6 sub questions, the RAG ratting are a score. RED is high risk working to green been no risk. If out of them 6 questions there is a RED RAG anywhere it needs to pull through as the overall score for all them questions. If no RED is there and there is a YELLOWthat will need pulling up to the top and so on...
