Help with Frontpage and Access 2000

C

Chris Orwig

I have a relatively small(simple) existing MSAccess 2000 database used on a
company Intranet that needs to be migrated over to a web based Internet
site. The site only needs to suport a small group of users. The user will
need dynamic pages to view as well as use data entry pages. My question is
do I have the software I need to make this happen?

Computer used to develop the pages:

OS: Window 2000

Database: MSAccess 2000

Webpublish: FrontPage 2002

Web Server:

Windows 2000 with IIS 5.0

The Web Server is company owned and operated.

I am a MSAccess programmer and not a webpage developer and would not know a
CCS from ASP but were gonna dive in anyway or go crazy trying. Do I have the
tools that I need to at least get started?

Thanks for the reply,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Yes, you have everything you need with the exception of the skills to
develop custom ASP pages if so required.

Using FP you can create, add, update, and query an Access database.
