Help With importing Outlook email time stamps into Access or Excel

Good Morning,

I am working on a report from Outlook that either I need to use Excel or
Access. But I have ran into a big snag. I can not import date and time stamps
with out going through 5,000 emails individually, which will take forever to
do.

Any idea's on how to do this?
