I am not able to open any word, excel or any microsoft
document.
I have winxp professional edition and microsoft office
2002. When I open the word, it asks the file normal
already exists, do you want to replace it? When I say
no,it opens the save window and prompts me to save the
file although there is nothing to save.Finally it says
chnages have been made that affect the global template
normal, do you want to save these changes?When I sai no,
it exits. With Excel, any excel I want to open, it says
unable to read the file. This problem started after I
loaded Microsoft Outlook. I tried reloading Office, but it
didnt work. Please help. Thanks in advance.
