Help with not in list

When a user enters data in a combobox that is not in the table I would like
to open a form to allow the data to be entered. I would like for the data
entered into the combobox to be filled into the second form with out typing
it again. Then I would like the comobox to be filled with the new data and
the cursor moved to the next feild in the original form. Please help.
