Help with Outlook 2000 Calendar

Karl Dawson

Could anyone help with a rather obscure problem I have with outlook? My CE
allows his PA full access to his calendar. The PA will enter an appointment
into the CE calendar with no problem, however, when the CE looks at the
appointment there is a one hour difference. I.E. the PA sets an appointment
for 9:30 am, it appears in the calendar of the CE at 10:30 am!!! Both the
CE and the PA's machine synchronise there clocks with the exchange server so
both machine have exactly the same clock settings. We are using NT4 SBS as
a mail server.

Any help would be appreciated.

Daylight savings isn't checked on the computer that is
showing up the appintments one hour earlier. Do this:

1) start/control panels. go to date and time and make
sure daylight savings is checked there.

2) go into outlook and change daylight savings time
there as well. honestly i don't have outlook on this
machine so i can't remember specifically where to do it
but i reckon if you use the help wizard in outlook it'll
direct you to the correct place.

this will solve the problem.
