Our district network and my computer personally were
attacked by virus around the first of August. I use the
Journal tracking feature in Outlook. Even though it is
still turned on in the Toolbox, it stopped tracking the
opening of documents on July 28th. Just about the time
the virus attacked. I'm assuming that the virus turned
off the feature somehow and Outlook just doesn't know
it's turned off.
How can I restore this feature?
