Help with outlook email adress bar

I am trying to figure out how to turn on the device that allows me to typ the
first few letters of a persons name in the adress bar of a new email and then
their email address auto maticaly pops up, or a list of similar emails.
Please help. My email adress is [email protected].

What version of Outlook?

It isn't wise to post your real address in clear text in a newsgroup.
