I think that Microsoft must have left the field name off the list of
available fields in the 'Manage Views' section of the PWA Admin Site,
HOWEVER, I have found a workaround:
- create a task level (and/or) project level Custom Enterprise Field
in Project Professional, and for the Formula value, insert the
'Physical % Complete' field
- add the custom enterprise field to the appropriate project views
(for the task level field) and/or project centre views (for the
project level field)
