Help with printing MS Office documents

My printer works perfectly on test pages or things like Mapquest or PDF
files. However, when I try to print a word document, it only prints certain
things like bolded text,or nothing at all. In exel, it prints nothing. This
seems to be an intemittent problem. Any ideas? And yes, I have rebooted my
computer :).

Have you gone to the manufacturer's web site and looked around for an updated
printer driver?

When you go to print a Word document it should show you the printer
selected. Is it the same one that's used for PDF and Mapquest?
