Help with public folders

I need to set the default work day for a public calendar - It is using 8 -5
pm
I need 6 to 6PM

I can change this for my local calendar but not the public. How do I do
this.

Can I also set the default name on the color labels for all users?

These may need to be set by the Exchange Admin and/or the form itself
changed.

AFAIK, you can not set it for public folders.
