HELP WITH RECURRENCES!

Why isn't there a "monthly" "fifth weekday" recurrence? It starts with the
"first", "second", "third", "fourth" and ends with "last"... what happened to
the "fifth" weekday?

Alas, Outlook doesn't have a "fifth" occurrence.

WHY????? Isn't this crazy? I need something to happen on the 5th weekday of
every month - do you know of a way to make it happen, Brian?

I'll agree it's "crazy". The only solution of which I'm aware is a
commercial add-in.
