Help with restricting access by IP address

I am restricting access on an entire website for authorized users only.
For some reason, the Computer tab on my security window in FP2000 does
not show up. I am able to allow access by passwords but would also like
to provide access by IP. How can I do both? I know it needs to go in
the .htaccess file but not certain what the command should look like
(Allow from IP Statisfy any?)

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to contact your web host or if self hosting, via IIS MMC for the specific web site. This
can not be set via FP.

Then I think you would use .htacess file.
