Help with set-up of worksheet menu

I somehow managed to get the display of the worksheet menu
to run vertically up the left edge of my worksheets. UG.
How can I get to display back across the top of screen??

Please help.

At the top of the menu (or left) is a handle you can click and drag your
mouse to move a menu anywhere you want. You might need to move your mouse
to the right and up a little, then drag it above your other toolbars. When
done moving, release the mouse.
