Help with setting up a custom conversation view

I recieve the same email multiple times a day. The subject is always the
same but the message is not. My current view is by conversation. I like how
it looks but since I get the same email all the time when I unminimize the
conversation I see all the messages from days before. Is there a way to
setup a custome conversation view that can realize if the email is truely a
new conversation or one from earlier. Right now it looks like this:

test email

re: test email
re: test email
re: test email
re: test email
test email

I kinda want it to look like below, where every space is accually a new
conversation rather then the same one:

test email

Which version of Outlook? I don't think its possible but if it is, it would
be most likely to work in Outlook 2007.
