Help with Setting up PP Presentation

I would like some help getting my photos setup for a PP Presentation. I am using Microsoft Office 2004. To add my photos I go to the 'Insert' menu, choose 'picture,' choose my desired photo from a specific file, and then click 'add'. When many photos are added, I can't resize them. They are huge when they attach and it is cutting people off when I run the slide program. What am I doing wrong? I am mostly using digital photos taken horizontally. Thank you for your help!

Hi,

There's several different ways to get to the formatting dialog box. One
way is to right-click on the picture (while it's huge) and choose Format
Picture.

Then, click on the Size tab and check the box that says "Best size for
presentation." Click OK and your picture will be a much more manageable
size.
