Help with Site templates

Hey People

i have followed all of the correct steps and all i ended up nothing it seems
to worked bu when i enter the share point portal for project as an
administrator is does not show me the new template that i have just uploaded.
has any one encounted this before ??? or any ideas to fix this????

I am facing the same problem currently, Can some one help me onm the same
issue. What I do I am unable to see new template when I go to site
provisioning settings.
