Help with some custom fields

Hello,

I need to create Cost, Schedule and Work Slip fields. I'd like to use
the green indicator for when these items match the baseline, Yellow for
Baseline +105% and Red for Baseline +110%. Can someone walk me through
the process and the formula to do this? I'm new at setting up these
types of custom fields. Thank you.
