help with sorting

sorry, i forgot an example:

a b c d

1 abc
2 ght
3 erts
4 utyi
5 ytu
6 ouir

i'd like to have all of the 3-letter and 4-letter input from column A
separated into columns B and C, respectively. thanks for your help

=IF(LEN(A1)=3,A1,"")
in C1 enter
=IF(LEN(A1)=4,A1,"")
copy both formulas down
