How can I apply "Full block Style" in a foemal letter? I couldn't find it on
the style menu list

Full block is off left margin - you type off left margin by default in
English (left to right). There is no style necessary.
In 2003 there is a Tools Letters and Mailings Letter Wizard I recall that
formats letters and Full Block is an option.
