Help with Synchronization Problem

What should I do to fix the following synchronization and access problems?

Many thanks in advance.

1. On my desktop, I have a Groove archive ("Public Affairs file archive")
for documents. I am able to open and save files in it.

2. Colleagues with whom I share a Groove space ("MC Public Affairs"), are
unable to see or access these files. The files seem to be saved only on my
desktop and don't upload through Groove to a place where colleagues can
access them.

3. Whenever I log on to Groove, I receive the following message:

"Warning: One or more file(s)were skipped during synchronization of "Public
Affairs file archive"

When I click on the message, I then see in the "General" tab:

"File attributes excluded from synchronization

Hidden, System, Temporary, Offline"

"Synchronization status:

"This workspace has experienced errors in synchronization. Open the status
tab to see more information."

When I click on the status tab, I see

Not Authorized.

You do not have the required Groove permission to synchronize this file.
Other members in the workspace will not see your changes."

This applies for every new sub-folder I've created. Groove lists these
sub-folders in the status tab.

Hi,

Seems your file sharing workspace contained some Hidden, System, Temporary,
files which will not be sychornized. If you are sure there're no such files,
I recommand you create a new file sharing workspace and put your files into
it. And then, invite your colleagues in.
