Help With Tables

Using Word 2000

I have made a table which has 25 rows.

I have a list in Word of 25 names.

Is there anyway I can put the names in the table, one
per row, without cutting and pasting each one?

Separate the names by tabs and then highlight all of them and click on
Tables | Convert | Convert Text to Table. I hope this has helped you.i
