Help with Template font

I have a template that is distributed company wide. Users will be using a cut and paste to insert information into the template. Is there a way to insert their information so that when they paste it into the template that it will automatically format to the correct font and size? I am assuming that they are not familiar with the normal cut and paste function Use the Destination Theme.

You could have them configure Word's 'Pasting from other programs' option to 'text only', but that would prevent them pasting pictures. See under File|Options|Advanced>Cut, copy, paste.
