Help with Views

Alex

I have a quick questions which I have been racking my brain.

I just upgrade from office 97 to 2003. I am having a view issue with
refreshing. I selected the unread view, but it's not refresh as before. It
seems that I have to press the F5 function key to get it to receieve or
refresh the view. What I am doing wrong and what can I do to fix this. I
made sure that I am not setup to cache outlook or have off-line folders
turned on.

In response to complaints about mail disappearing as soon as it was read,
outlook no longer hides read mail automatically- you need to refresh the
folder by using F5 or changing folders.

Thanks Diane,

Is there somewhere on the MS website or feature that explains this change.

The owner of the company doesn't understand why this change. I need
something that states from MS or something within the outlook package. It
goes back to the question why was a feature taken away that was there before.

I think you understand my dilema with this.

or if you know if anything that states that this feature is no longer
available.

Thanks

Alex
