Help with Word 6.0 setup

Trying to install Word 6.0 on floppy disk, and there is an error on disk 8.
The files wordart.ex_, wordart.hl_, and wordcbt.cb_ are not reading. Can
someone send me those 3 files, or if they are just renamed files, the installed
versions(.exe, .hlp, and .cbx)?

The underscored files are compressed and need to be un-packed with Windows
installer.
