HELP <Word 2003 KB828041 - Cannot Open Document>

Been having the cannot open document, it may be corrupted
problem with Office 2003 version of WORD.

Have applied the patch as stated in KB828041 but still
problem not solved.

This is getting very annoying. Can someone help me?

Run the detect and repair utility from the Help Menu in Word 2003. If this
does help, uninstall Office 2003, restart, go to program files and delete
the Office 11 folder restart then reinstall Office 2003.
