Help Word Graphic Problem

Hi: I've posted this problem here before, but no luck. I'm trying again
....

I'm running word 2003. I go to insert/object/microsoft word picture
and put in a picture. I close the temporary window that opens and the
picture
looks fine in the original document. Now, I open the embedded word picture
again and add/move a callout box or an arrow or even a return, and close the
temporary window. Now, in the original document the picture has blown up to
probably twice its size. If I open the picture again and remove the
callout, arrow, etc. it reverts back to its original and correct size. I
couldn't
find anything in FAQ and a reinstall of word didn't help. Any ideas?

You might need to make adjustments to all of the picture objects in use. If
you access the picture object's preview propertise, access the settings for
the size, and then save the size. If you don't, then it will revert back to
the original size. It also sounds like you're going into different "layout
views". If you are constructing the picture object in "Print Layout View",
this will appear different in "Web Layout View", by default. Save and
re-save with each modification, and decide which layout is best for the
end-result. For all of the picture objects used, you might need to decide
and set one to the "front view" of the document, and the other to the "back";
which can also be accessed in picture object properties.
