help! word won't open

Hi. when i double click on microsoft word, it says "microsoft word
cannot load the microsoft office shared libraries. the files may have
been moved from their original locations. try the following: move word
back to its orgiginal folder, reinstall word." i've tried both of
those things but nothing works. i'm in college and i need to type a
paper! help!

Since you don't mention anything re version of Word, Mac OS, how the files
got moved that had to be "moved back" the best I can offer is to follow the
instructions you'll find here:

If you didn't properly uninstall Office before reinstalling pay particular
attention to the first part of that page. You'll also have to reapply
updates as well as permissions repairs.
