Here is my proble

In column D I have a numbers which I have used the name fuction and named hom

In column T I need to have a sum of everytime a certain number appears using a vlookup function that is referencing column S for the number to lookup

I am not sure how to do this. Anyones help is very much appreciated

Hi Cathy!

Use:
=COUNTIF(Home,S2)

It helps to give a brief and more explicit subject line. In your case
"VLOOKUP" (even if not needed) or "Counting problem" would probably have got
faster help.
