HELP!

Very annoying problem:

Any time a user makes a change (add, delete or modify) to a calendar
appointment, a new task gets automatically generated below "tasks". I've
re-installed Outlook, deleted the profile and made sure Autoarchive is
turned off. Please help asap. Thank you very much.
