The website design company my company are using are
hopeless. I have designed some pages to send to them in
Publisher, as I love the program, but they haven't got it,
and when I copy and paste the pages into a word document
it changes the fill effects and pictures etc. Is there an
easy way to get my documents to them, as they are on my
screen?

How about this;

With the web page displayed on your monitor, press the Print Scrn key. This
will save a picture of the monitor display in the clipboard.

Now open Paint and do an Edit, Paste. Now you can save the file for
bringing them up with Paint whenever you want them.
