I can't understand this system, at all. I don't know
what category to gop to, I don't have a "passport," I
don't know what or where that is. When I get to "Windows
Update Troubleshooter," I'm told to "select a category
below." There ARE no categories below. It's blank.
When I try to get a Windows update, it tells me there are
none, even though the system has urged me to download
critical updates! It says there are "Windows XP"
updates, however, and when I try for them, I get the same
screen repeated, telling me to try for updates.
What do I do, please, ANYONE.
