jerrysetting up a mail account on outlook

howdo i set up the mail account for outgoing and incoming
for outlook ,,,,what is the protocol i type in the
perspective boxes to get and send mail???? i am getting
the mail from a server that is on the internet for work

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, jerrysetting up a
mail account on outlook asked:
