I am tryng to get outlook 2000 to work on my laptop. Now
when I go to the control panel on my computer to remove
the program and try to reinstall it it give me this
message"the patch package could not be opened. Verify
that the patch package exists and that you can access it
or contact the application vender to verify that this is a
valid windows installer patch package."
