Is there an easy way to move favorite places from AOL to EXPLORER?

Not to my knowledge.
You might do better to ask this question in an AOL support group. This
particular newsgroup is for the database program Microsoft Access, not
for general computer support and specifically not for support of the
proprietary AOL search engine.
