Does anyone know where there is a decent newsgroup?
Why do you wish to know?
So that you can post the same question about customizing tool bars
there too?

Why would you post on a newsgroup asking if anybody knows where to find a
good newsgroup? By the way, this one is actually really good, if you give it
a proper chance. You don't have to post the same question several times, and
you certainly don't need several different net names to do it. If anybody
knows the answer to your question, they'll answer it.
Those of us who have responded are not trying to be mean, or anything. We
just want to help you out. A lot of folks on these boards don't appreciate
things like posting the same question again and again and again, so they may
not answer the question. If you give this message board a fair chance and
follow the general rules of common courtesy you will find it to be a great
resource for answers to your tough questions.
Please also keep in mind that there may not ALWAYS be somebody who knows the
answer, so if your question is tough, don't be mad if nobody knows the answer.
