You can purchase Windows Server 2003 from Microsoft... among many other
options.
You're asking in the wrong place, this newsgroup is for the database software
Microsoft Access. When you find a more suitable newsgroup, it might help to
mention what sort of server you want - SQL/Server? Local network? webserver?
or what?
