I accidentally deleted some very necessary info from my database. Is there
any way to restore this info?

Have you at any time backed up the database? If not do a search by file name.

Probably not. Deleted is GONE.

There are some commercial database salvage services that might be able to
help, if you have done NOTHING with the database since the deletion. Make a
backup *right now*. If you've Compacted the database though, it's gone
forever.
