Help!!!!

I have a friend who has Microfsoft Office 2000, and Word is not working
properly. Specifically the row that has the words *file, edit, view, insert,
format, tools, etc is not showing. It seems to go to document 1, and you can
type, but then how can you save what you type? So I uninstall it, and
reinstalled it...same problem!
Still no heading!!! What can she do? It's a desktop Dell Computer running
ME. Please help, I'm at my wits end.

Right-click on the existing toolbars and you will get a list of all the
other toolbars. Check the ones you want. I hope this is helpful to
you.
