First to me it look like a many to many relationship
unless you by only one tuner per supplier
but any way
By your relationship you have the TunerId in the Supp
table, so join both table by TunerId(or name)
select supp, tuner , price From ...
Where tuner = "YouChoose"
order by price Asc
the first record is the cheapest
