Here Is The Workaround Solution For The Slow Down -- From Symantec

Here is the link to information about the slow down from Symantec.
They have a workaround for the time being until they find a permanent
solution, I guess. As soon as I followed these instructions,
everything went back to normal again -- just have to remember to go
back and re-check it after the fix is in!! Hope this helps! ))

It looks like it solved my problem of delays, which started well before Jan
7.
BTW revisit the link - Today Symantec expended the istructions.
What is CRL and do I really need to update it?
