'HI' virus attachment in Subject

I have been receiving attachments with 'Hi' in subject matter. These
are viruses. Is there any way to create a Rules Wizard to delete these
messages. Currently, if you scan incoming emails, anything with 'Hi',
such as Hightower, High..etc. would be deleted. I am being bombarded
with this. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
