Hidden Form cannot bring back

I placed a check in the hidden attribute of a forms
properties in Access 2000. How do I make it visible again?

Under Tools/Options/View, check "Show Hidden Objects". The
form should then appear where you can then uncheck the
Hidden attribute. Be sure to uncheck the "Show Hidden
Objects" when you are done, if that is what you want.
