Hidden window title bar

I'm not sure how I did it, but somehow I moved the
database window title bar behind the menu bar and tool
bar. Now I can't grab it to move it down, close the
window by using the "x," or anything else. I have already
tried removing the "database" toolbar, but I still don't
have access to the title bar. Does anyone have a
suggestion about how I can access it again?

Tam,

You should have a scroll bar to the right of Access's window. Use it to
scroll up, and you'll uncover the top of the database window.
