Hide cutom navigation buttons on form when only one record returned

I've got a form which opens based on a filter. Some times it return
multiple records which the user can browse through and sometimes it
returns only a single record (and sometimes zero records). I've added
cutom navigation buttons to the form to navigate to First, Previous,
Next and Last record. I'd like to hide these buttons (turn off
visibility) when the filter returns zero or only one record.

Any ideas ...
