Hide Database Window and unable to change security settings

Due to IT restrictions at work, I am unable to change the settings in my
Trust Center (using Access 2007 on Vista). This means everytime I open my
database, I have to manually tell it to enable Macros via the Security
Warning that pops up when the database is opened. I would like to be able to
hide the Database Window, but if I do that, I'm afraid I will not be able to
click the Security Warning so I can enable the Macros, or either that the
database window will not hide period. Can anyone think of a workaround, or
am I going to be stuck with the Database window so I can enable the Macros?
Thanks.

Talk to your manager. She can determine whether it is something you
need to live with or whether this warrants asking IT to make a change.
