Hide detail section of dynamic crosstab like report

I'm using the code available from Microsoft (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328320) to populate all the unbound text box
controls of a report; my resource is not a crosstab query. I need the code to
display only the 'totals' row and hide the detail section; without altering
recordsource.

I've tried setting the section visible property to 'hide', but that only
produces zeros as totals. Setting the text box and detail section heights to
zero, also produces zeros.

How can I edit the code so that only the 'totals' row is displayed? I would
like to hide the details section without altering the recordsource; altering
the recordsource is not an option.

Thanks in advance.
Dave
