Hide email address in FrontPage form

Is there a way to avoid spam spiders by hiding an email address in a FP
form? Or do I have to resort to cgi, perl, asp, etc.?

This site http://www.hiveware.com/enkoder_form.php provides a way to encode
your email with a java script. when they click on it they get the correct
email, but the robots can't read it

Thanks, Joe. I have that, but what I need is one that encodes the
emailaddress inside a FrontPage FORM, not just the mailto:

Any ideas?
